As an Orange County native who has achieved over $100 million in sales, Sandra Thiel has the expertise and local knowledge to help make real estate dreams a reality. With experience in luxury listings, investment properties, and residential homes, she understands the benefits of buying or selling property in this beautiful part of California. Its outdoor activities, pristine beaches, and relaxed lifestyle are only enhanced by smart real estate decisions.

Sandra has always had a passion for homes. She believes a home is an important part of a person's life and that it is a personal and special environment in which to relax and entertain. Prior to becoming a Realtor® in 2009, Sandra gained experience managing residential and commercial design projects while working as director of design for the Irvine Company. As a Realtor®, she has won top sales production awards at two of the nation’s largest brokerages.

She has become known for her keen ability to stage homes, prepare properties for sale, and achieve the highest attainable price for sellers. Buyers also benefit from her experience managing interior renovations, as Sandra can help them uncover a property’s hidden potential. Her goal is to help homebuyers find that perfect home where they can enjoy life and create lasting memories with family and friends.

Sandra enjoys the challenges of adapting to ever-changing markets and learning about each client’s unique needs. Her experience buying and selling her own properties gives her relatable insight into the real estate process, and her positive attitude sets the tone as she guides clients through even the most competitive negotiations with minimal stress.

In addition to a business finance degree from California State University, Fullerton, Sandra has a certificate from the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach. When not working diligently to help her clients achieve their real estate goals, Sandra likes to spend time with friends and family, take a pilates or yoga class, go for a swim, dine at a great local restaurant, or take a walk through Orange County’s picturesque surroundings. She’s also passionate about animal rescue, and her special dog, Henry, makes sure there are moments of play in every day.
