Home sellers, listen up! 🗣️

Sellers need to understand how we live in our homes is NOT the way we sell our homes. Today I’m sharing the four C’s of selling real estate.

🏠️ Curb Appeal - Buyers will judge your home within 30 seconds of arriving. Make those seconds count by using a friendly doormat, painting your front door, or updating your landscaping.

🧹 Cleanliness - Deep Clean, declutter, depersonalize! Buyers need to be able to visualize themselves in your home without your family photos and personal belongings.

✅ Condition - The better condition your home is in, the more money it will sell for. Make sure your roof, HVAC, and water heater are all in good condition.

🖌️ Color - Paint is one of the easiest ways to make a huge impact on how your home shows. To create a flow throughout your space, be sure to use the same bright, neutral color on all your walls!
