Meet Sandra Thiel

Real estate is about more than buying or selling a house. It’s about making smart decisions about where you live, what you invest in, and how those choices support the life you want to build.

With more than 17 years in real estate, I’ve learned that the best solutions rarely come from looking at a property or transaction from just one perspective. My background in business, finance, interior design, renovation, and real estate investment allows me to see the bigger picture - from identifying a home with untapped potential to understanding how improvements can create value or finding a smart path through a complicated transaction.

I’m naturally curious, analytical, and a little bit creative. I like figuring things out. Sometimes that means seeing something in a property that others overlook. Sometimes it means helping a seller determine what is worth doing before putting their home on the market. And sometimes it simply means knowing when to slow down, ask better questions, and look at the problem differently.

Most importantly, I believe real estate should fit the person, not the other way around. Whether you’re buying your first home, making a move, selling a home filled with memories, or looking at real estate as part of a larger investment strategy, my job is to understand what matters to you and help you make decisions that make sense for your life, your goals, and your future.

I’m at my best when things get complicated. I bring perspective, persistence, and a genuine desire to find the right solution while making sure my clients always understand not just what we’re doing, but why.

Outside of real estate, you’ll usually find me practicing yoga, staying active, discovering a new restaurant, or spending time with my family, friends, and our dogs. I’ve been a stepmom to twin daughters since they were little, and that experience has probably influenced my view of home more than I realize. At the end of the day, home is about much more than the house itself. It’s where life happens, memories are made, and the people you love feel at home.
